COMPLEX LIGHT WITH SHADERS

On this project, I am responsible for all parts except for modeling.

This project involved taking a model and replicating a physical rock/crystal asset, and using clever compositing techniques to build a shader in post-process.

For the composite, it involved 3D tracking, complex shaders, numerous render layers, and controlled compositing.

This project was done fully in Maya, rendered in Arnold, and composited in Nuke.

This project has been one of my favorites, and I really enjoyed the problem solving skills it provided.
